Hi, I need a simple bot being made I want to supply a list of websites that post articles (blogs, news websites, etc) From that list of websites, I'd like the bot to randomly choose a certain number of posts and send these posts to a RSS feed. I need to be able to specify how many articles are sent to the RSS feed per day. I need to be able to create a RSS feed per list of URLs provided. Please let me know if you have any more questions in your bid. Please specify which language you'd use to write the bot and from which platform you'd run the bot. Lowest bidder will get the contract.

We use .NET technology including C#, ASP.NET and HTML, CSS. We have and Java developers. To be more precise I need of more information about the project as fallow: 1.
