I would like to customize a Microsoft teams for my organization. I want to collaborate using office 365 through my godaddy domain and exchange email. I had the email and office built in with my website. I have 5 users. 1 will be the generic and admin user. The others are typically on a phone but have laptops. We need automatic features setup using the email that identifies quotes, and estimates, or other job information and will file it and alert someone. Members need to access the job folder of the jobs they manage and add photos, pdfs, etc. Data entry for us begins with a excel spreadsheet but whatever will simplify operations is needed. We do mostly insurance and have to keep up with communications through emails and phone calls with multiple entities/vendors for each job.
