Application should be written in Qt C++. This should be a multi-threaded concurrent application. Functionally is very simple. It should include: 1- GUI showing 4 boxes for image display. 2 - Each image is loaded from different directory. 3- Image loading should run on the background. Without blocking the main application. 4- Images are loaded every 100 milliseconds. 5 - the 4 folders should be scanned continuously for any new files. 6. Main application should be 100% responsive and not affected by the background thread(s). 7. No need for fancy design for the GUI.

The only thing I don't have a lot of experience with is freelancer.com. Your project sounds very clear and straightforward, so I'd love to try to make it work for you! The questions I would have are: 1. What are the deliverables? Am I going to deliver a binary executable, or source code, or both? Do you require documentation? 2. If you want a binary, what operating system does it need to run on? 3. There's different ways of using Qt. Do you have a preference on using Qt Widgets versus QML?
