I need a programmer who has good knowledge of excel to write a program to scrape soccer results from [login to view URL] with the use of a controller to communicate with the website and pull all the pages of the results from the chosen league and the chosen year and place the results into a table in excel with the ability to add new results to the database. Also when the new results are added to the database it must be able to check for duplicates too. In addition, the program will be required to apply some counting features with criteria not the normal counting formulas in excel as the program will become too slow as the database grows. Please note that the odds must be displayed in decimal odds not fractional odds. Below is a link to the website [login to view URL]
