NetMQ PGM Multicast experience required

Scope The Developer’s submission will demonstrate knowledge of Networks (Wired and Wireless), Sockets, PGM Multicast and specifically MSMQ and NetMQ (ZeroMQ). Submissions that are copy and paste that generally outline experience will be ignored. Submissions must address the whole scope of works. The awarded developer will be provided with 2 applications (Presenter and Participant) and will be required to sign a “Non-Disclosure Agreement”. Source code will be provided. Coding from scratch is not required. The developer will investigate and fix the following in both applications: Running the Presenter app on a wired Computer with Participant apps running on 2 wireless Computers. When Sending Screen from the Presenter app to the two wireless computers running the Participant app, it seems that the connection is blocked by the Wireless Access Point and both Wireless Participant apps stop receiving? I did once see an address was dropped from the ARP Table? This can also often result in an UnhandledException from the NetMQ library which must also be handled. (Note: Running the Presenter app and a Participant app both on Wireless seems to be ok) As mentioned above some issues result in an UnhandledException from the NetMQ library and results in the app being terminated. All exceptions must be handled and re-establish connections without terminating the apps. Expected Results: Both applications running on wired and wireless with both sending and receiving without stopping (being blocked) and without exceptions.
