Hi freelancer, I'm looking for an expert programmer who can manage everything to develop a website like Udemy.com. S/he must able to do the Payment Method integration and Previous works Record. My websites idea is same as [login to view URL] but the difference is, i will add an extra feature on the website and that is will award Certificate who complete a Course/Tutorial. You have to make it automated generated PDF certificate and links. I don't have any idea how to implement my idea into products So i need expert one who can manage everything. Note: Don't Place order if you don't understand my requirement and You will be responsible if the project failed.
