design 3d animal character for the handle of a kitchen tool

design 3d handle of a small spatula to be used to scoop out creamy contents from jars (peanut butter, chocolate cream, ...) spatula will be used by young kids (5 to 12 years old), therefore handle must present an animal character: a monkey. better to start with 2-3 hand-sketches to choose from, before moving on to the 3d development. the shape for the functional part (spatula) has already been defined (see attached file) and will be available to the selected designer in solidworks or iges format, while the handle should be modified to show the animal character. final feeling of the item should be as per enclosed examples: similar look, but different animal character. spatula will be manufactured in one single piece by injection molding (pp or abs material). maximum size for the whole product: 16mm thick, 220mm long, 40mm large.
