1) I have created a Training DB in Access - very simple with 4 tables. I would like some SQL that inserts mandatory (Yes/No) blank training records into a table when a new employee is created based on whether the Mandatory field is true. 2)I would also like a query created that shows what training is due or required. 3) I have a table called Perf - which is a performance management tabel and would like this to be editable in a "tab" behind the employees form. I may also require some further adhoc assistance in customizing the DB in the very near future.
