(8) 3D BUILDING FLOOR PLANS IN AUTOCAD (REF. AM37)

We need a 3D Autodesk AutoCAD drafting person with proven experience who can create 3D floor plans of all the residential levels (8) from a building. Furniture, kitchen, bathrooms and terraces must be done as well. Metric dimensions & units (m). The budget must be under USD$200 and the time frame is no more than (10) days from the day awarded (you'll receive sample and specific files same day by email). We will provide to the bid winner all Floor plans in AutoCAD format, a sample for the 3D layering system and Block naming system. PAYMENTS: 25% Milestone to be released after reviewing & approval of a 2D CAD file of all the area required as per image (DAY 2), 50% Milestone to be released after reviewing & approval of ALL street, sidewalks, and non building elements (DAY 4). 75% Milestone to be released after reviewing & approval of ALL 3D volumetric buildings (DAY 8), & 100% Milestone to be released after receiving ALL original file/s required (DAY 10). Author's copyrights for the work done will be transferred to us as soon as you get paid partially or fully. If you are awarded with this project and your work is used/published you more likely will be credited for your work in the final product unless you indicate otherwise. REQUIREMENTS: 3D model in Autodesk AutoCAD only (No other software). Full height interior walls (2.5m). No polar tracking drafting, no "nearest" snaps, "Ortho" only, make sure your 2D lines are drawn flat, and make sure all your polylines are closed and all co-planar. Be precise. It's a must to respect the layering system provided. All round numbers (0.000000000). Basic furniture, kitchen cabinets and sink, electronics, bathroom fixtures, windows, doors, terraces and all other 3D repetitive elements must be made as editable 3D blocks. Use them repeatedly throughout according to architectural drawings. Blocks must be made in Layer 0, color by layer, linetype by layer, etc... , then placed in their corresponding layers. Once awarded you need to provide full name, email address, and contact phone number. Also if available Skype username, Instagram, WhatApp number, or Telegram ID for quick communications. REFERENCES: See attached a sample of the floor plan at level 02. Upper floors are basically the same footprint but with individual units layout and size changes.
