For a research project summarizing the gambling legislation in different parts of the world, we need the basics of gambling laws for Andorra, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Spain, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
Specifically, we need to know the answers to the 3 questions stated in the attached word file.
Unless the answer is (a) it needs to be supplemented by:

* Source quote in Spanish. Please keep it to the necessary minimum.
* Source quote translated into English
* Publication date or law date (year)

I´m a person that doesn´t drink or party too often, instead I like to go to the casino and spend some of my savings there a 5 to 10 % weekly of my work earns a presume I´m not a sick player (need to point that out) but I like it, and I believe for that reason that I´m able to understand better the gambling law regulation, thanks in advance.
I have travel throught most of South America and I know how the casino laws function in most of its countries. I would only need to search for justification of the answers. I am a native Spanish speaker with a C2 level of English.
