QC Operators perform quality control (QC) of streaming video content in four main categories: video, 5.1 surround audio, stereo 2.0 audio including audio description, subtitles and captions. This is a freelance position. QC work is done in; (1) Spot QC; consists in a 7-10 minute check (audio or text files) at a rate of $2.50 per asset checked (average is 5-6 Spot checks in 1 hour). (2) Full QC; requires entire review of the assigned content. Full QC rates vary based on content duration and type (episodic, feature film, etc.) <Job Responsibilities> The ideal candidate will possess strong command of the English language and a demonstrated ability to perform at a proficient level in one of the languages listed below – native speakers only. Bokmal Finnish Icelandic European Portuguese English Brazilian Portuguese Vietnamese Thai Hebrew Greek Hungarian Romanian Bulgarian Croatian Slovak Russian Tagalog Serbian Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. QC operators must be able to communicate with Support team in a concise, effective manner.

I am from the Philippines and I can help you with this job using Tagalog. I do not completely follow the exact QC job you are asking in this post but it sounded to me you need someone who has good technical background in the use of audio and video software. It should not be a problem because I have strong background using computer software not limited to audio and video programs.
