UI/UX Web Designer with CRO and Enterprise SaaS product experience

We're a distributed startup with a marketing technology SaaS platform that helps marketers personalize the website and improve the customer journey. We are looking for a UI/UX web designer who has an appreciation for clean designs that are built on conversion optimization best practices. Projects would consist of web design concepts (new page treatments/layouts, some landing page creation) and in-product user interface designs for our SaaS product customers and our own internal SaaS product/platform. We would like to work with a designer ongoing who can help us design new site experiences and product interfaces that can be cleanly handed off to our developers to build and implement. In this role, you'll be collaborating closely with the marketing and product leads as well as periodically front end engineers. mention the word apple at the start of your proposal, The ideal candidate has the experience and a proven track record of success with: * Website/landing page design that apply CRO best practices * Enterprise SaaS interactive UX / UI design * A structured process to take concepts from idea through to high fidelity mocks that can be implemented by front end engineers * HTML / CSS and relevant browser standards including grid-based frameworks * Responsive design * Relevant cloud design & collaboration-based tools (e.g. Photoshop, InVision, Figma) * Reviewing existing platforms and suggesting opportunities for improvement
