I want small vb.net2010&access clinic application that system or button send reminder message to patient email before appointment of patient checkup according to the date&time stored in the time table for that patient Note :we stored the appointment of patient checkup into access database then before date of the checkup system send reminder message to patient email which stored in database

I will make a program in vb.net 2010. 1- It will have browse button to select Access database (with email table). Please provide sample MS Access table. 2-A button, upon click , will fetch the stuff from Access Db and send reminder email to patient . Will need to discuss a bit about the email stuff a bit.
