A video mash up of key leadership quotes and points for a presentation

I would like to create a video file which can be inserted into a powerpoint presentation which creates a mash-up of specific pieces of videos into a coherent message around leadership. Some of the videos where information would be taken from are based on YouTube such Tedtalks others we could provide. Ultimately I want to be able to present a video to our senior management team which reinforces the key fundamentals of being a good leader and what I expect of them. The video should have a introduction and ending element as well as potentially some music throughout it. I am thinking the video would go for no more than 2 mins.
