Brochure Design - Need a modern corporate design - Fast

This project is to design an 8.5 x 11 two page brochure I need a superb, print ready design, and I need it fast! This needs to go to the printer in 2 days - so you have to be an excellent print designer, and you need to be able to work quickly and in real time. Have a look at the attached PDF to see the data. Upon coder selection, I will provide the content in word. The document you see, is just a content wire frame. You will need to take the content and the graphs, and make this into a visually stunning brochure. The design needs to be conservative as it is presenting statistical data, but it is targeted towards consumers, so it needs to be consumer friendly. Once awarded, I will provide the coder with: 1. The word doc 2. Company logo 3. Color / font specs 4. Stock photos if needed in the design You will: 1. create some design comps 2. Work quickly 3. Work accurately 4. Respond to changes 5. Create a print ready design This actually should be a very straightforward project for a talented print designer. Additional Specs: 4 color CMYK Bleed 8.5 x 11 - two sided - no folds Thank you for your interest in this project! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
