Convert C++ to VB.Net, C++ Source Provided

I need an expert in both C++ and VB.net. I have a hardware device that has an existing C++ interface .dll as well as a Test application that demonstrates the various functions of the hardware device. There is roughly 30 main functions that interact with the hardware device through the existing C++ .dll interface. I have the C++ source files for both the hardware test application as well as the interface .dll that need to be converted to VB.Net. The hardware device is connected to the computer via the RS-232 serial port. Please review the attached pdf files to get a better explanation of what this project entails. Both the .dll as well as the test application must be converted/finished in VB.net and all functions must work as designed. I can make my computer available through MSN messenger for a supervised remote assistance session so that the selected programmer can review the provided C++ application and how it interacts with the hardware device. C++ source files will be given upon request All code provided must be well documented.
