Have a legacy Visual Basic 6.0 project that must be rewritten into a WPF, .NET 4.0 application using MVC framework 4.0. The goal of the project is to have a version of source code that will compile under Visual Studio 2010 using .NET 4.0, and have the same functionality as the VB 6.0 project and be able to be installed on Windows 7 machine. The coder will be supplied with the VB 6.0 source code and a development SQL Database. A Licensed copy of Visual Studio 2010 will be provided to the coder if needed. There was an attempt to convert the project using Microsoft's Upgrade Wizard but, there are 3 custom controls that are preventing the solution from compiling in Visual Studio 2010. The converted software is available if needed. Code Lines: 22,420 68 Classes 9 Modules 6 User Controls 53 Forms

I am certificated .NET/C# programmer working in this region since 2002, had 2 years practice with VB6 before switching to .NET. I shall build you equivalent WPF MVC application. Unit tests will be supplied too. There is no need for Visual Studio copy: I have it. The same may be said about legal MS SQL server – I have developer’s edition of MS SQL Server 2008 R2. Getting source code and converted code would be nice: it will give me some help.
