Write VBA code to convert text with HTML tags in MS Word

I had one macro written, but I need another written to properly convert ORDER and UNORDERED LISTS (html tag <ol> and <ul>) into numeric and bulleted lists. Attached are the following files: HTML Conversion Example - ORIGINAL: The original MS Word file containing the HTML code. HTML Conversion Example - RESULT: The resulting file after running the VBA code you will create. VBA Code Sample: selection of code from the original project that did not convert the code the way I wanted. As you can see in the file HTML Conversion Example - RESULT, the bulleted and numbered lists use the standard MS Word numbering system, whereas the sample VBA code creates "fake" numbering. The original macro was $77 to create. I expect this to cost much less, but to be really easy for anyone who knows VBA and MS Word.
