I am looking to buy out web portal with back end for similar ones 1. [login to view URL] 2. [login to view URL] I will NOT accept Bids that send me a few random links. only Bids with POSPOSAL which includes Change management, delivery, support will proper documentation on modules available both front end and back end options currently available. The project will come with a penalty clause once agreed upon.
