Hi, i am from Lithuania, i've vorked with simmilar projects before with web rawling and web scraping. I can not say i speak english fluently, but i could try if needed. Ctatting english is ok for me too. I was working with laws database scraping, foreight news portals crawling and scraping and etc. I as working with apache nutch, jSoup and GATE with some other tools i've developed myself for performance and effectivenes.
