5000 facebook fans

I need someone to add 5,000 Real Facebook Fans to our Facebook Fan Page. 90% of fans must be Black USA fans. Adding must be performed using white hat techniques so, we will not be penalized by facebook. REAL fans only. I would prefer if you use another account you own to add my fans using facebook's "Suggest this page to a friend" feature. Half of the payment will be put into escrow when half the job is done and full payment will be released when I see the fan count is increased by 5000 on the page I assign you, from the date that I hire you. Your bid should reflect the cost to complete this entire job. Your bid acknowledges that you understand the project details in full. Please do not bid if you do not understand the job description. II would prefer if you add fans by using facebook's "suggest a page" feature from a facebook account that has many friends.
