44332 Custom Web Design

Wanted a real designer for a clean looking gaming site. No crazy intricate design work needed, just a real artist who can assemble that clean and professional look. This job is to be done from scratch. I don't want some junk you have laying around edited. Problems with designers I have is the following.. 1. They think they can grab a 25 cent template, (templates include logo templates, flash templates, etc) and enter my site name in them and get free money. 2. Think they don't have to do work as they think they can con me into getting money up front then slack off. 3. Are beginning artists, or artists with no web experience who think they are good. 4. Bid on the job, and think they can start on it in a month from now when they wake up with a new outlook on life. If any of the above applies to you, please do not apply. For the serious designer, who can handle this and would treat this job as if it was for themselves, then this is what I would like and future work will probably come your way if you so desire it. Site: [login to view URL] is being developed for a community of hardcore online gamers to hang out, make friends and teammates, build clans, and compete in various online pc games via ladders or tournaments, as well as just hang out and play games. It's focus is to provide communication services (such as teamspeak) etc and private dedicated game servers to its club members, as well as other team/clan management related services. What design is needed. We would like a clean professional look perferably with a white background. A header that includes some kind of logo type feel for our community. (some kind of gamer dude or head or face mascot is a possibility) perhaps just a need text logo done right... Not very picky but definately want a statement here... The header goes on top of our php-nuke based site and would like you to continue the integration by making the skin of php-nuke match the header. Sorry but due to the serious problems i have had on 2 previous jobs awarded then went no where here on script lance, I can not fully escrow all monies until i see somthing being done and done right. This is a couple hours work for the true professional If you can not start on it right away, then do not bid. Must be completed within 48-72 hours from time accepted. Must provided .psd upon completion in case I need changes in near future.
