Build 3 Basic Yahoo Stores for me

I am interested in having you build me 3 Yahoo Stores all very similar in look. One that sells diecast model cars (11 items), one that sells portable power adapters (6 items), and one that sells natural lighting (3 items). I want a very basic design, one that is clean and simple to navigate, with a layout similar to [login to view URL], but with a banner similar to www.myweddingfavors.com. I also want the following logos integrated into the sites. Hacker Safe, Verisign, TrustE, BBB Online, Low Price Guarantee, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, the We accept all major credit cards logo, and a Fedex Ground Logo. (see [login to view URL] for placement). Links across the top should be: Home/About Us/Best Sellers/New Items/Privacy Policy/Send Email/Order Info/Site Map/Shopping Cart/. The links going down the left panel will consist of the 11,6 or 3 items (depending on the sites, see above). Each pic of each item will enlarge upon clicking on it, and will open to a detail page with a click to order here button. also needed is integration of the Gateway thats included in Yahoo Stores is essential as well as intergration of the merchant account that I will be buying through Advance Credit Systems. I want the sites ready to sell the items I have, as well as, upon completion, the transfer of them into my Yahoo Store account, so I am able to make changes/edit them going forward. I want someone with yahoo store experience. Also please show me examples of ecommerce sites you have done before. I also need to be able to get in contact with you, whether it be thru Yahoo IM, Skype etc, in case there are issues with time/project completion/layout etc. I want someone that can produce fast buy hi quality stuff. I'd like to pay 1/2 down and final 1/2 once all sites are transferred into my Yahoo store account, ready for my daily use/editing etc. Thanks, and I look forward to working with you!!!
