Create CSS to replace lost CSS files for 4 websites

This is a simple job for any web developer/designer who can write CSS. I recently took over four websites that are missing the CSS. I have thumbnail images of how 3 of the websites used to look and no other records to determine how they used to look. I need CSS files created for each website without changing the HTML. The CSS should make the websites look approximately as the thumbnails indicate. One website has no thumbnail. It simply needs to look better. I have: - working html files for 4 websites - thumbnails of how 3 of the websites used to look I need: - CSS files to link on each website's pages to make them look similar to the thumbnail image (or for the one with no thumbnail, just to look better) - the CSS must work with the EXISTING html I do not prepay, but I will fund a milestone for the completed project
