Design Partner Needed

I represent a Real Estate Investment Company based in the United States. I need to have the following completed professionally. In return I am looking for a long-term professional partner to handle future jobs. 1) 8 – 10 Page Website with attached PDF files. (Files already created) 2) Logo 3) Letterhead 4) 20 Page Newsletter designed. We have content and template idea ready. 5) Business Card 6) 1 page designed subscription form (designed and converted to pdf) Website Template: We have a template in mind from another active site. You will need to design the site to meet its similar design. ([login to view URL]) You will also need to find photos we can use. We will give you all the ideas necessary and communicate effectively with you to complete the job. Newsletter: You will design a 20+-page newsletter with graphic layout including charts and images. We will provide you with all content. We need a professional like you to design the layout. I’m looking for someone who is willing to accept shares of stock for completion of the project according to specifications. We will pay 500 shares of common stock valued at $10.00 per share. ($5,000 equity) You will not be allowed to sell the shares for at least 1 year and the shares will automatically convert to dividend shares in January 2007 at an annual rate of 5%. This means you will receive $250 in dividends per year if you hold your shares. Important: This project is for a partner who will accept shares of stock instead of a cash payment to complete the above project. Do not bid on this project unless you accept the above payment method.
