HTML website modification

NEEDS COMPLETING ASAP PLEASE! I have an 8 page website design that I am currently using to build my new look website, however in order to finish there are still some page coding alterations needed so that I can finish the site. Below is what is needed, and although there looks to be a lot, most things are very minor alterations and should not take very long to complete hopefully. If you have any questions then just ask and I will be happy to provide any answers. Just so you know what is involved I have added below a list of all the pages that I currently have. FOOTER Edit my site footer so it is still white but looks like [login to view URL] Make newsletter form on all pages work. CONTACT PAGE On the contact form make the gold bar slightly shorter on the right so there is the same amount of space as their is on the left hand side. On the 5 input fields make it so there is the same amount of space as their is on the right hand side as there is currently on the left hand side. Make "submit enquiry" box gold SIGNUP Make black and lime green option boxes wider so there is the same space on the right as there currently is on the left hand side Add a 3rd option box like above but in colour gold. Remove gray from around the input boxes Create a bigger gap between the 10 input boxes so there is the same space on the right as there currently is on the left hand side If possible send a message to the person who fills in the form Remove free trial image and associated css from bottom of page Make "start trial" box gold PRICING Align pricing table in centre of content area.
