Advertisement portal

Hi, I would like to create a online advertisement portal. ( Autosurf and manual surf ) something like studiotraffic or any other autosurf currently in the website. It should enable a person to Sign and have its personal link to refer to others (This will be review in more detail after choose of the programmer) Include binary compensation plan into this website Have different type of membership level to choose from during sign up Any referred by some one will be put under its sponsor.
