Was tut unsere Firma: Der Kunde übersendet und eine Excel mit Adressen und eine PDF oder ein Word Dokument. Wir Drucken und Versenden diese dann in einem Brief. ------------- Bestellprozess: ------------- Aufbau: Es soll immer ein Live-Preisrechner zu sehen sein. Schritt 1: Der Benutzer bestimmt das Versand Datum seiner Mailings. Frühstens 7 Tage nach der Bestellung. Das sollte im Admin Bereich einstellbar sein. Nur Montags bis Freitags. Maximal 50000 am Tag aller Aufträge, sollte dieser Wert überschritten werden + 1 Tag. Schritt 2: Anzahl der Empfänger Format etc etc.... Verschiedene Möglichkeiten, Verschiedene Preise. Schritt 3: Upload der Daten. Dies sollte sehr Sicher sein, der Zugriff von außen muss unmöglich sein da die Daten sehr sensiebel sind. Entweder werden diese an eine bestimmte EMail versendet, oder es gibt eine andere möglichkeit. Ein Controllpanel aller Aufträge wo die Daten direkt runtergeladen werden können ist natürlich komfortabler. Schritt 4: Bezahlung: Paypal Sofort-Ü[login to view URL] Vorkasse ------------- Admin-Panel: ------------- Ein Bereich wo alle Aufträge übersichtlich(!) dagestellt werden. Welcher Kunde, Eingangsdatum, Bezahlt(?), Versanddatum, Formate etc. Der Admin muss die Phasen des Auftrages einstellen können: 1. Eingegangen 2. Bestätigt 3. Druck fertig 4. Kuvertierung fertig 5. Versendet Schön wären eine Übersicht der Gesamteinnahmen, Steuerlichen Anteil, Diagramm der Auslastung pro Tag Design Beispiel: [login to view URL] ------------- User-Panel: ------------- Der Kunde soll seine Abgegeben Aufträge einsehen können. - Status des Auftrages (Wie oben) - Wenn dieser Fertig gestellt ist, PDF Rechnung Download möglich.
