As to how: tumblr templates follow a very simple syntactic structure, it shouldn't be difficult to modify to your needs. I have a lot of experience with Photoshop and can adapt your logo for the templates and run you off some social media icons, too. I can move everything to your hosting provider when I'm done. I have done work with Tumblr before and I can do content editing. Therefore it shouldn't be too hard to do all of this. Except for the last part is uploading it to your hosting. Does it have to be on your servers? Or can I have the tumblr just use the specified domain name that you have. That would probably be the easiest way to do it.
