Build a classified Ads website

This website is a specialty classified ads website platform to enable individual post or list their specialty items for sale thru their own online store page. Website language is English and servicing multiple countries/cities. The developer will have to build this e-Commerce web site first then build the App for android and iOS, This will be similar to Dubizzle or Flipkart or another shopping site. We will fill our contents in it. Our Administrator shall be able to manage and audit the images in the store before they are published. We will use Magento platform to reduce cost and development time and cost. The same goes for the Android App and iOS which will be developed using high level tools (Sencha or PhoneGap). Notifications supported. We would like to Integrate Google Maps in the web app for locating the seller location or address, and searching per location name. Use Autocomplete when typing location in search field. Registration validation process should include SMS and email messaging for the seller/buyer identity, and notifications. Statistics data available for data analytics included for tracking visitors and user behavior. Servers will be have redundant setup with backup operation (virtual tape backup) for all database and website codes and content. The website should be scalable over multiple virtual machines (Openstack or other) with load balancing feature to balance the http requests and handle extra traffic during peak hours. The setup will be over Amazon AWS virtual servers. Utilize SEO friendly URL's. The website design should be responsive and SIMPLE and mobile friendly (HTML5) Website Visitors: 1. Visitors should be able to “favourite” a vendor. This would allow them to receive notifications when vendors launch new products and filter out products from vendors they follow. Visitors can choose to not get these notifications but still bookmark a vendor as favorite. Registration not required for buyers. 2. Visitors should be able to contact the vendors via an internal system that stores the history of their conversations (similar to Amazon). 3. Visitors should be able to login with their social accounts and “share” products via their twitter, facebook and Instagram accounts 4. Visitors should able to rate products and provide comments after a sale has been completed. 5. Visitors should be able to do Q&A that can be shown publicly on the product details page e.g. Q&A section Vendors: 1. Vendor should be able to see how many people viewed their product Ad. 2. Vendors should make payment to post their product. This can be waived as a special offer for the vendor. 3. Vendors can pay additional charge to post thier item on the top for X number of months or views. There are 3 levels with 3 different charges for this service. 3. Vendors can post items for sale directly from their mobile (Android/iOS), and locating automatically via GPS. 4. Social sharing on Instagram/FB/Twitter is possible on website and mobile app. Admin Options 1. Admin can setup different Admins with different access levels. 2. Admin can set a different payment level for each vendor 3. The commission can be paid by paypal or credit card. 4.
