you need to set paypal ipn url which will retrieve any transaction detail from paypal. this ipn script will then integrated to your system for further process for example authentication or authorization process. thats all simple.

Hi, As per my understanding, you do not need an e-commerce website. Infact, you need a website for paid members. You want that parent can access restricted area which has result of students and other major information which school wants to share with parents only. But for accessing this area, parents needs to register to your site by paying some yearly membership fee. If my understanding is clear, please revert back to me.
