Migrate website onto Shopify platform

Our aim is to pass huge savings on to our customers. We need a new website which is simple to navigate, pleasing to the eye as well as a fast checkout. Many customers order via their smart phones so we need one which is mobile friendly. Our website is currently sited with Weebly which has an excellent back office for sales reports and tracking of products sold. It is also perfect for easily placing of new products online but we might need a better system of adding images which are more uniform. The website currently looks too basic so need something a bit more sophisticated. Maybe a layout with an ethos for quality but value as well a sense of fun linked to the Smiling Grape ideology. The current website crashes when too many people try and visit. And when large numbers of orders are placed in one go, the website fails to send us new order confirmation emails so we miss some incoming orders. We need a website that can handle the high levels of traffic as the website’s popularity increases. We also need a site that can handle different pricing structures for shipping. This should be for local/national/Northern Ireland/Highlands etc.
