Formatting 80-100 page Word Documentation

My company provides technical IT infrastructure software. Part of a project is to provide documentation which I have finished by Monday November 9th. Content is already in Word and Headings are where they need to be, but formats are mixed up. Document is about 80-100 pages. We are good with our content, but need all the formats (headings, sub-headings, table of content, paragraphs, header, footer, ...) cleaned up. We will provide a Word Template, our Headquarter in Germany wants to use (I will translate the guidelines to English and adjust it a little before handing it over). In addition, the freelancer should use his or her Design Expertise to adjust everything that it looks right, consistent and professional. It would take me a full day to get it done and I assume it'll take a freelancer about the same time. If you can provide a sample of similar work you have done, that would be great. Project should be completed by End of Next week. I have never posted here before, so am not sure about how payment will work (Credit Card, Invoice, Paypal?) I would need a NDA signed and can sign a contract if you have anything. We do similar projects and always did the formatting ourselves which left the documentation looking unprofessional. I think there is potential for additional business if things work out.
