Need help with WooCommerce Licensing

I have the WooCommerce Digital Downloads Installed. I also added the Software licensing extension for easy digital downloads.I can not get the licensing part to work. There is a license key created for the customer that downloads the software however to activate that download it does NOT request for the user to put in their license key. It also does not state in admin that the download as activated. For an experienced person with easy digital download and the software licensing add on this job should only take a couple of minutes. Please do not bid if you do not have any experience with easy digital downloads and it's software licensing addon
