We need a Wordpress site built out to match our Photoshop design. A PDF of the design is attached, the Photoshop file and resources will be provided after we start the project. Looking for someone to start on this ASAP. Project details are below. * We want someone to work on this over this weekend so we can have something on Monday. Does not need to be completed, but need to have progress. 1. We have already setup the site and installed a theme here: [login to view URL] 2. We are using the Avada theme and page builder. We've installed demo content. This content should all be replaced. 3. This is a single page website, but has quite a bit of content on it. 4. Style this page to match the attached design. 5. Menu: the design does not have a menu, but we want the current menu to stay in place and be sticky. Replace the menu items to link to each section of the site. 6. We want some scrolling animations through out the page. These are built into Avada, just apply paralax or scrolling animations where it looks cool. > Here are examples of the site from previous year's and the type of animations they are expecting: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 7. For the 'Project Highlights' section, each image should open a modal with details on the project. These details are found in the 'Project [login to view URL]' document, with additional images in the ''Project Photos" folder 8.
