I am wanting a program that will do the following... Customer enters their information... First Name Last Name Address City State Zip Email i also want a box they can add comments When they complete the form and click on a submit button I want the information to be filed and saved into a vcard for microsoft outlook. After the submit button is pushed and the vcard is created and saved i want all the fields to be cleared and ready for the next customer.
