new web site

I need a new website built for me. There will be only several simple pages, home,links,about us, contact us and such. The main focus will be on the product page. It, as all pages, should be built with SEO in mind. The code should be simple html, css, with a php or xml routine for retrieval of fresh content for that given product. The product page will be duplicated thousands of times by copying the entire source for the page and simply replacing all occurences of the existing product code with the new one. A site map and linking from product page to the next and previous product page will also be required. Google adsense and contextual ads will also be used. The budget for this project is a little flexable. I"m willing to pay a 100% bonus if the project is completed and delivered on time and meets all of the needs that we set at the start of the job. So, if you bid $300 and complete the job on time I will pay you an additional $300. Any delays caused by me will not count against you. I do this because I have had jobs that should have taken weeks get dragged on and on for months. I want to avoid that here. Please, no cut and paste responses.
