Design and develop a web application for managing Live scoring and result management according to the technical rules and regulations for Table Tennis tournament/championships. The application should cater to creation of the match draws as per seeding of the players and assign matches to tables available. Update game scores from individual table/court and provide consolidated results output for on screen display and result & Live score data in XML /JSON format for online publishing to portals.
