Develop ZOHO database in order assess the output and input of a micro-business

We are looking forward to develop a record of invoices issued, constituted by 3 forms: - clients - articles - movements A draft for these forms may be provided. This should enable us to assess our OUTput (articles, i.e. books) and INput received (income or returned articles). More specifically, we need to keep a track of: a) how many articles were sold and at what price (as the price varies by client, shipment, etc - "FACTURA", and "NOTA DE CREDITO", i.e. a return) b) how many were sent free of charge and are still waiting to be sold/charged or to be returned ("CONSIGNACAO") c) how many were offered (this is "GUIA/OFERTA") d) calculate sales by client, by client/movement, globally... (reports to be built on top of the data considered) Further details at the .xlsx in attachment. At an initial stage only two persons will be using this database and introducing a limited amount of data, and therefore we wonder if it will be possible to build/use a platform alike ZOHO with a free plan? Either at this or at a later stage, we will be looking forward to retrieve data from a spreadsheet alike the "examples" in the attached .xlsx. To be done in english and later reverted into portuguese (we can either provide the titles/headings in portuguese - they are by now in the draft of the forms - or, depending on the platform, we will be able to do it ourselves).
