I'm just needing the portal part for job estimates. It's like a repair management software but the only actions needed are for myself and customers to be notified and the options to comment, proceed or decline. So an example would be i add a customer to the software including their email address. They get notified and are then able to log on. I then make an estimate, choose this customer, write out a price/description/job no. Etc and then press send. The customer is notified by email that they have received an estimate.
