Im looking for someone who can create a urban 3d simulation game. so far i have looked and had no success with anyone who knows how to do so. im looking for someone who can make the create character more in depth, for instance, a variety of skin tones, shapes, texture and facial structures. and also build mode, where the player can build their own home and design their own lot. Just like sims, but more interactive. i provided a picture of a render of a character that i would love the characters to represent. unique, different and not what most games show in people.
