At first I would write about your education and experience with heading 'About Me' and 'Job Experience' where I would write about 'Assistant direction' job task details then I would explain each point(task) of given job requirement at first with heading 'My understanding' of job. Then I would write under heading 'Why I Should given this job' text about your skills that match to given job. At then I would give reference of your previous job(any contact person) with heading 'Reference'. At End I would write about your contact info.
