Paragon Internships is a business unit within Paragon Europe Ltd, a Maltese company which runs a leading successful internship placement programme. The core mission of the Internships business is to provide targeted work placement services (online and/or physical or hybrid) that meet the students and community needs. The Placements Officer is expected to work to build and maintain relationships with employers of different companies to enhance the opportunities for the international students. Tasks include but not limited to; • Cold calling to companies, introducing internships opportunities; • Building relationship with HR Managers and managers involved in the onboarding of students for internships; • Coordinate and facilitate the welcome and closing interns’ meetings; • Coordinate and facilitate student work placement orientations; • Conducting surveys of students and employers; • Responsible for the distribution of all appropriate documents to Higher • Education Institutions and other providers;

Hello! I’m Carlos. Long story short, I’m an Electronic Engineer and have a Master in Project Management, with years of experience working on remote jobs.
