I would gladly assist in editing your program. Since I'm new here, I placed my bid fairly low since you would be taking a risk on me. However, I promise that I can handle the task. I have experience proofreading/editing reports (which are often only 10-20 pages and decently technical) as well as some memorandums (that are very concise 1-3 page documents, depending on the subject). I have experience using the track changes and add comment functions in MS Word, so if you need me to use that, it won't be a problem. Additionally, after I go through it, if you still think it needs more work, I'll gladly go through the program until you think it's as good as it needs to be. If you have any questions, let me know.
