Documentary Film transcription. You need to be a native english speaker with good grammar and punctuation. You will transcribe footage from a documentary film. Each segment is 1 hour of documentary footage, which you will download from the site. You get $40 per hour of footage transcribed. That's not $40 per hour of your time. It's $40 per hour of footage. It takes approximately 5 hours per 1 hour of footage to transcribe. You need to put time codes every 30 seconds in the transcription. In other words, every 30 seconds that passes in the video needs to be marked in the transcription. You will need a fast connection to do this. The project has the potential to be ongoing providing you with a nice stream of income. Please bid on how many of these you could do and let me know your experience. Thanks.

It was transcribing corporate speeches delivered in board rooms and shareholders' meets. We have the basic resource, i.e. good internet connection. I head the organisation and am an English literature graduate so grammar and punctuation will not be a problem. If you think you can give us a chance, we would like to try our hand at it. Hi, I have 5 years of experience in the print and broadcast journalism. I have worked on feature stories, that means getting my hands dirty - the whole works including research, filming, interviewing, editing and voicing my own stories. I have to do subtitling for my interviews which are in other languages. My training included Avid editing, shorthand for reporters, single camera course. Hence I am able to do the transcription accurately and fast. And documentary is something I am very interested in. thanks - elsie. I have ADSL connection at home.

This bid is for $30.00 USD/hour of transcribed video. I have nuendo, protools, and acid pro in my digital studio which has a extra computer on a broadband connection just for internet usage which I am able to allocate for this project. We are also able to load video files and give you the *correct* SMPTE timecode for each 30 seconds of video. Are we going to be using Drop frame or NON Drop? - Bill Clawson
