From time to time I handle reservations and bookings for an online tourism website. We would like to outsource a portion of customer support and reservations. Applicants should *reside in continental North America*. The work simply involves verifying availability with various partner service providers, and every now and then, customers as well. The workload is extremely light, with only a few interactions a month. Applicants should be available Monday - Friday for at least four hours between 9:00am and 6:00pm. As such, the ideal applicant would already be available and working online in some capacity, To start, this would simply be a small add on bonus to your pre-existing freelance work. Training will be provided, however the task is very simple and straight forward. There's no cold calling involved, but being good on a phone is a huge asset. Enjoyment of outdoor activities such as camping and fishing also an asset.
