Elderman Law, based in London, United Kingdom, is a leading legal firm specializing in Entertainment Law. As the CEO, Clive Elderman, I am seeking a dynamic and proactive personal assistant to support various administrative tasks with a focus on activities in the United States. Skills and Experience Needed: Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools Strong attention to detail Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role Knowledge of U.S. business practices and legal procedures is a plus Duration: This is a part-time position with an initial contract duration of 6 months. The role will continue until Elderman Law establishes a physical office and presence in the United States of America, with the possibility of extension based on the company's evolving needs and the assistant's performance. Pay: Competitive salary commensurate with experience. The compensation structure will be discussed during the interview. The payment frequency will be a bi-weekly fixed salary. This is a remote position, allowing for flexibility and collaboration across different time zones. Applicants based in the United States are preferred, considering the focus on U.S. operations. Responsibilities: Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Managing and organizing documentation and correspondence Conducting research and preparing reports as needed Assisting with U.S.-specific administrative tasks and legal documentation Handling general administrative duties to support the CEO
