Customer Service & Support We're looking for someone who can be on call from 1am to 9am PST to answer customer support calls and emails. The traffic is generally not heavy (in this 8 hour period, you would receive an average of around 5 phone calls and 5 emails). We'd like to have someone who can respond immediately to each inquiry. Our company website is at [login to view URL] Requirements: Bachelors Degree or equivalent Excellent phone skills Excellent written and oral communication skills 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a tech-related field. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a big plus Fluency with general Windows and Macintosh operation Responsibilities: Triage and respond to customer support inquiries (technical or functional) Monitor trouble-ticket database to insure speedy response to all requests Work with other departments to research and resolve customer issues

If selected for this project, this will become my full time job. If you want your customers to speak to someone in the US, without them getting upset that they are speaking with an overseas call center or representative, who speaks perfect English, I am the PERFECT person for the job.
