Hello, I graduated from Boston University USA. I have many years of customer service and data entry experience. I have decent English and communication skills. I am very flexible in my work hours. I am available as per US time zones. My IT skills are quite decent. I have latest computer with 2-3 hours battery backup in case of power failure. Then a generator for back up is also available. As for my connectivity, have 2 internet broadband connections, the best there are in the market. I have been to a customer service industry to more than 4 years now. Majority of those years i worked as a support technician. I specialized in accounting which develop my skills in invoicing and payment posting, reconciling both accounts payable and receivable, creating journal entries and ensuring a discrepancy-free financial statement, inventory maintenance, handling the setup and support for Canadian and US payroll module and other basic accounting issues. Although I was assigned initially as an accounting technician, slowly I expanded my field of expertise due to having to handle technical issues as well. This has helped me enhance my troubleshooting skills, such as: setting up printer for the software, creating invoice forms, installing the software, setting up email for the software and basic setup for a touchscreen POS system. With the skills I have and my flexibility as an individual, I can bring a lot to the table. I am a fast and willing learner, a hard worker and can be a great asset to your company.
