We need a couple of people who can transcribe audio recordings. The recordings are in German, neither segmentation nor time-stamping needed. It’s important to be a native speaker. We provide training materials and guidance needed to accomplish this job. You don’t need special equipment, only headphones and being good at typing. Full availability and commitment are required and every person needs to meet the weekly quota. This job will last 1-3 months.

I also worked in customer support (for various German companies) for five years. From January 2016 to May 2018, I worked for another online retailer in customer service. I answered customer inquiries by email, canceled orders, sent new orders, sent bills, put items online (eBay, AMAZON). I also worked for a second online trade-in customer service (2018-2020). ZENDESK, FRESHDESK, SHOPIFY. I answered all the emails; there are coming during the day - GERMAN and sometimes ENGLISH. I work all the time as a translator from and into German. Regards
